Nour is a dual-qualified (New York and Beirut) corporate attorney. Her practice covers a broad spectrum of cross-border corporate transactional matters, with a focus on M&A and capital markets in the Middle East and North America.Nour represents private equity, venture capital and corporate clients on acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic investments. She has acted for clients investing and operating in various sectors, including retail, technology, life sciences and telecommunications.

In addition, Nour regularly advises clients on a variety of commercial agreements, including franchise, licensing, and distribution agreements.

Prior to joining Meysan & Partners, Nour practiced at distinguished law firms in New York, Dubai, and Beirut, including Wilson Sonsini and DLA Piper.
